Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of your order, provided the item is in stock.
Delivery times will depend upon the service chosen.
Our standard deliveries may take up to 5 days. Please bear with us during these unprecedented times.
Please note any orders placed over Weekends or Bank Holidays will not be processed until the next working day.
Any orders for embroidered products, duvets, pillows and mattress protectors may be despatched up to 14 working days after the order is placed.
They will generally be sent out in separate deliveries to other orders placed.
Free Delivery - Mainland UK
Standard Delivery in Mainland UK on Full Price Orders over £100 is FREE. This may take up to 5 days.
Special Order, Embroidered or Personalised Products
Our embroidered, personalised and bespoke products are made to order and we are now able to offer despatch in approximately 10 - 14 days in the UK. Should you need delivery more quickly, please telephone our team on 0345 6029050. We are also able to embroider company logos, sports team logos and many other designs. Please call us for further details.

Embroidered items may take up to 21 days
Northern Ireland- Standard Delivery - £12.00

Duvets and Pillows generally take up to 10 days for delivery
This delivery does not apply to embroidered or personalised products as the despatch time is approximately 10 - 14 days
Europe - £55 - £120 - depending on the Delivery Country

We are able to deliver to most countries Worldwide.

If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for any charges imposed by your country.
You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance.

Please note overseas shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Deliveries can be made on Monday to Friday inclusive, and this excludes Saturday, Sunday and all Bank Holidays.

Returns
We hope you enjoy your carefully sourced products.
If you are not happy with any products, we want to quickly correct any problems.
We are happy to replace, exchange or refund items provided you return the items within 14 days from the date of receipt and they are unopened, unused and sealed in their original packaging.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of facemasks, pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers, quilts, duvets, pillows or mattress protectors once the inner packaging seal has been broken, unless the items are faulty.
Please do not open the packaging unless you wish to keep the products.
Personalised, embroidered and bespoke products are made to order and therefore may not be returned

We do not pay the returns postage.
We will advise the returns address once we receive your returns request.
The returned goods must be new, unwashed and unused, in perfect condition and selaed in the original packaging.
We strongly recommend that you return goods using a registered service so that you have proof of despatch and delivery in case an item is lost.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Should you need to return a product that has been used, please contact our team on 0345 602 9050 so we can provide you with the best service.
Once a return has been received, inspected and approved by our warehouse, any refunds will be made within 5 days to the original payment source.
